Richard Schenkel has distinguished himself as a maverick in the food, dining and support services industry.

Richard is the Founder, CEO and managing director of Phoenix3 Holdings LLC, a strategic growth partner that elevates lifestyle and distributive services companies in senior living, health care and corporate sectors. Richard launched Phoenix3 Holdings in the Fall of 2023.

As the Founder and Former CEO of Unidine Corporation and Compass Community Living, Richard set out to disrupt the food service industry by being the first to deliver service excellence through a philosophy of culture and culinary, fresh from scratch menus. Unidine transformed the industry. Under Richard’s leadership, Unidine grew from $0 to $700M+ in sales revenue over 20 years. After partnering with Compass Group, Richard formed and operated Compass Community Living, a $1.3 billion organization. He stepped down from the role in October 2022.

As he looks to the future, Richard plans to use his executive leadership skills combined with sharp financial acumen, corporate culture and operating expertise plus a desire to disrupt the status quo to make great things happen.
